Room 2 – Party Room Booking Info Price: Room fee only (meals , tickets and decorations not included). Capacity: Suitable for 8–14 children. Note: Room 2 has no windows. We provide plates, forks, napkins, and other tableware. How to Book: 1 You're welcome to visit us in-store to check the rooms or browse photos online. 2 Please read the "Decoration", "Party Meal", and "Policy & Rules" sections below. 3 Click the “Booking” button to choose your preferred time session. 4 Follow the instructions to complete your booking and payment. Decoration: *Basic decorations are included (Happy Birthday sign + some wall stickers). *Balloons are not guaranteed. *Extra decoration services are available at additional cost. *For more info, email: hippo.partybooking@gmail.com Party Meal: *After booking the room, go to our “Online Booking” page to choose your meal. *Party meals must be confirmed at least 3 days before your event. *Vegetarian and Halal options are available — please contact us for details. *Birthday cakes can be ordered from our kitchen – see our menu. * No outside food allowed. Please check our party meal menu for both kids and adults. Policy & Rules: *Please keep the party room clean at all times. *A cleaning fee may apply if food or cake is found on the floor. *Please make sure to read our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking.
Cancellation Policy
☆For Party Room Customer☆ Next Step for your Party Room 1.You will need to order a party meal package online 3 working days prior to your party room. Please visit our website: Party Meal | Hippo playground (hippoworld.co.nz) 2.You will need to provide the name list of the attending children 3 working days in advance of your party date. Please send the list to us via email: hippo.partybooking@gmail.com We will process your order once you have completed these two steps and send you the final confirmation email. And that’s it, you're all set! ◆ Party Room Booking Cancellation Policy: Hippo Playground and Cafe is not required to provide a refund, credit or transfer for change of mind. If you choose to cancel your party room: Within 5 days of party booking date: No refund or credits will be issued; More than 5 days of party booking date: The party room can be refunded with a $50 deduction transaction fee via bank transfer or converted to Hippo Credit for the full amount if Hippo Playground and Cafe is notified of party room cancellation. ◆ Please Note: An email MUST be sent to hippo.partybooking@gmail.com to notify us of any cancellation, delay or changes to your party arrangements. Party host can only bring birthday cakes or cupcakes. NO outside food or drinks at all times. Pinata, poppers, party spray, or similar products are prohibited. Socks are required, for both adults and children, in the playground.
